Richie Deladem Bonny is the CTO of AIDEC Holdings Ltd., where he leads the architecture, delivery, and governance of AI-enabled solutions across ERP, BPO, Africoursity (an AI-powered education platform), and ISO/cybersecurity services. He focuses on transforming generative AI into production-grade capabilities—encompassing intelligent document processing, omnichannel service agents, analytics copilots, and automated risk & compliance—anchored in secure data platforms and responsible AI controls.

Experience & relevance
Richie brings over 16 years of building and operating mission-critical systems, including managing IT for one of Ghana’s largest telecom infrastructure providers and years in banking infrastructure at Stanbic Bank—experience that grounds his practical approach to scaling AI in regulated, high-availability environments. He has led complex infrastructure stacks—Active Directory, O365, FortiGate, Hyper-V, SharePoint, NOC—while instituting rigorous security and governance practices, disaster recovery, and change management.
