Africa Integrated Development and Communications Consultancies (AIDEC) Group of companies consisting of AIDEC Holdings Ltd. (Parent), AIDEC Supplies Ltd and AIDEC Consultancies Int. Ltd (Subsidiaries). The company was registered as a Business 23rd March 2004 and commences operations on 15th April 2004. The company acquired land at East Legon, Ogbojo on 27th April 2005 to put up a Fuel Station and an office complex (AIDEC Plaza).
From 2004 the company operated from an outhouse within the premises of Prof. Robert Yennah. It was not until 2013 when the ground floor and Fuel Station was completed, and we moved into the present site. AIDEC Holdings Ltd operated the Fuel Station under Ghana Oil Company (GOIL) from 2013 to 2020 when we changed over to Total Petroleum. We have since been with Total Petroleum to date. Under GOIL, it was dealer owned, dealer operated. Under Total Petroleum, it is dealer owned, company operated, i.e., unlike under GOIL when we managed the station ourselves, under Total Petroleum, the management is with Total Petroleum under a Lease Rent Agreement.

2020
Business Transformation
The change in the management arrangement was to afford AIDEC Group of companies in 2020 to re-focus on technology development and the scaling up of our consulting operations. The company launched the AIDEC Digital Solutions and Excellence Centre in March 2020 just around the beginning of Covid-19. The company have since organized several advocacy programmes in the ICT Sector to bring to the fore the need for every business in Ghana to embrace digital technologies under the Governments Digitalization Agenda and scaling up to the entire Continent of Africa. -
2021
Contribution of AIDEC Group since 2020 in Technology Development in Ghana and Africa:
We convened a forum for Tech Engineers, dubbed: “Tech Engineers RoundTable” in September 2020 and in August 2021 we held the “Africa Digital Forum”, Accra edition at Best Western Premier Hotel, Airport Residential Area, Accra. In April 2022, we successfully organized the first ever “Africa Technovate Awards & Fair 2021” at the auditorium of University of Professional Studies (UPSA, Accra). -
2022
AIDEC Digital Solutions and Excellence Centre
AIDEC Digital Solutions and Excellence Centre is currently investing in a Technology Lab for the training of students, workers and corporate executives in various technology products including AI, Robotics, Data Analytics etc. The Tech Lab will operate both onsite and offsite to meet the needs of our targeted clients. AIDEC Digital Solutions and Excellence Centre will eventually have a Grade 1 Data Centre for the hosting and management of Data for our clients and for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services. AIDEC Digital Centre has developed an online education platform (MOOC) under the brand name “Africoursity” and a Schools Management System (SMS) under the name “Aidecia” to be launched soon to serve our targeted clients. Under AIDEC Academy, we also run professional programs etc. AIDEC Digital Solutions and Excellence Centre is poised to become Africa Digital Hub providing varying digital solutions and services in Ghana and Africa in general. We collaborate with our partners, 7W Artificial Intelligence Company Ltd as technical backstop to ensure quality and excellence in our assignment delivery.
